For a person still learning Linux, I'll tell ya, this was frustrating. I had given up on this months ago, but I was reading the support documentation for Mozilla 1.5 at mozilla.org and they said you have to make a symlink to the file in the mozilla plugins directory and not copy the file, or Java will crash. I think I copied it and then made a symlink. Anyhow, I can finally login to my Raidersoft chat room w/o rebooting Thank goodness!
