I'm working on a code snipet (if you can call banging your head on the desk working). I'd like it to look in a dir, for a .php file if it exists, use it. If not, then a blank value is returned.

Sounds easy huh, well designing a new site from the ground up is easy, (for me) so I am humbled and seeking advice.

I don't expect anyone to spit the code (although if they do credit will be given in the file.) I would like a push in the right dir. I first thought a simple if/then/else would work, but I cannot figure out how to start the routine, and have it look for the file initially.

(I said no laughing)
