Cpanel did an emergency security update of their software which hosed up the CPanels ofmany of the servers on the net. In fixing that today - a reboot was needed. So these errors are common when the box is rebooted as there is a few moments when the webserver (Apache) comes back online but MySQL hasn't quite started up yet.
Now that things are settling in on the new box you are on - restarts on our end should be very infrequent.

All looks good now. The reason I asked is becuase I just updated the IIP and thought I did something wrong
