Here in Vienna there is a company called blizznet which offers 10Mb up/down installed with fiber optics at your home. Their basic package costs something like 70 EUR which is not that bad. However they cap it at 10Gb per month. The small print though is that they calculate up AND down at the same time to reach that 10 Gb. You cannot imagine how fast you can reach this limit with this way of calculation.
scroungr has a very good point on the graphics theft and crosslinking from other websites. That is something you have to protect yourself form (possibly .htaccess files) because it is bandwidth you pay for
