Such importers will be possible with the upcoming 6.5 release of UBB.threads, which shares the same import architecture as UBB.classic & Eve/UBB.x.
(We currently only have an import spec file for 2.3.x of vBulletin, but a 3.0 spec is on the list of things to do.)
