Tried to upgrade 6.4.1 to 6.5, but on the upgrade page I only get a white screen.
Then tried installing a new install on another domain, but also having problems there.
on step 4 I have to leave this one empty:
The domain UBB.threads will be run on
Because otherwise the first tree items will give me:

images (www.4all.tvhttp://www.4all.tv/ubbthreads/images) UNABLE TO OPEN
styledir (www.4all.tvhttp://www.4all.tv/ubbthreads/stylesheets) UNABLE TO OPEN
If I leave it empty all are "passed".
I might have fixed that one by using /ubbthreads and /ubbthreads/images + /ubbthreads/stylesheets
BUT on step 6 I get:

I am quit sure I did everything right though.
The system is a windows2000 server running the latest mysql and php release.
