i'd like to do 2 things:

1) change the default response to the "Where do you want to go when you login?" question, in display preferences. right now, i believe, it defaults to "myhome.php" and i'd like it to go to my IIP index.php

2) change what everyone currently has as their selected option, so that everyone goes to "index.php" (if they want to change it individually afterward, thats fine)
