On my server I have a junkmail address set up specifically to use on sites that require an email, but I don't necessarily want to go back and use on a regular basis.
I clean that mail box out about 1-2 times a month. Yesterday, I deleted over 1000 emails... looking at the subjects makes my hair stand on end.
In my regular account, I've been averaging 5-20 a day.
I hate it! I never use that account for anything but personal use. Although at one time it was posted on our website as a contact email and I think it got snagged by an email bot.
Same thing goes for my admin account, it's only for contact regarding our websites and that gets 3-5 a day...

I've been considering setting up a new domain just for email that will only be given out to specific people.
