although I spend most of my time on
Homemade desktop that happens to be sadly enough probally 5 years old that I keep buying new stuff for and upgrading.

There are two older Pentium III's up stairs and of course the whole house I networked so you can actually plug in from most rooms.
I leave my main computer on all the time. I have thought about buying a new one. However I think I will wait till the next rendition of processor comes out or super bus.
Things are getting cheap however also keep in mind on alot of the desktops they sell for 600.00 bucks with a monitor are the cheapest components known to man. I am pretty frugal with my money.
