I use Jpilot the same exact program LK uses for the Chat hack. It is only 50 bucks to register and I did so back when I ran UBB with LK's hack. Here is a chat.txt file I had up with help from the guru's around here. Just rename it to chat.php and place it in your chat directory. Set your chat servers in the file and include the correct absolute path to main.inc.php and thats it. You will pass the ubbthreads user name right to the chat program. Nothing as fancy as LK's hack with the commands there and smilies shown but that same program none the same without the thrills.
