The Header is just an example, you dont need it but can use it if you like. I put it in this archive because there is no example in the threads beta.
The style is installed over the styles import function in your control panel. The import convert the urls of the pictures in the styl to your setup. After this is done just upload the images to the designated subdirectory. This should be all what to do.
