Logged in as Admin on my site I get the old red envelope.
Logging in as a testing user account on my site I get the new envelope, white transparent.

Logging in on this forums i get the New envelope.
Logging in on central i get the old envelope ?

I cant work it out...
I've verified this by logging in to the respected site on a mobile device ?

(i'm sorry for posting topics in the wrong sections, over excited).

Verified using alternative browser "Edge"
