Deb~: i'll change it first to make it more generic, so anyone can use it, then i'll make some buttons to go along with it.
Skorp: goto layer>>type>>render layer. then goto edit>>stroke, and choose a width of about 2-4 pixels. your foreground color is what color it will be stroked with. and if you REALLY like to stroke (hehehe), you can stroke any object that you can select.
and btw: i use photoshop 5.5 for everything i do, along with some illustrator 9 mixed in.
