Ok well I worked on this most of last night, and I think it's ready for release. What this hack does is allow you to have a page that lists the current times in other time zones/cities around the world to help users who may have trouble figuring out what times are being used on your board. You can see in action at:
http://www.vhlinks.com/cgi-bin/vhlforum/worldtime.cgi Right now, you can only have up to 16 different time zones displayed, I will be working on changing that in the future, and also might look into some other uses for this hack. Yes, there is a newly created control panel so you can easily change the server time offsets and name the time zones whatever you want. Everything you need is included in the zip file below, make sure and follow the directions very carefully! Enjoy.
