Ok the reason you cannot find this is because you probably do not have the blind editing of subject hack installed, in that case:-
Find this:
$EditedMessage= &PipeCleaner("$EditedMessage");

and after that add :
&Custom_Admin_Log("$in{'UserName'}|^^|$in{'forum'}|^^|Edited the Post - $TopicSubject");
