UBB.Developers Forums UBB.classic V6.4 - 6.7 Modifications V6 Mod Ideas Active Members Hack

I was thinking, would it be possible for someone to create a hack that would show the admin how many member are actually active in the forums. Like say, read the members directory and count the number of user files that have been updated in the last XX days?

XX could be a variable manually set through FTP, or possibly added to the MISC or General settings?
