It's $99 to upgrade it, $199 for a new one. But if you'll just buy a new one, you won't be able to use new versions for the 1st one. If you want to have 2 boards with 5.47e, just get a new one - don't upgrade the old one.
And if you didn't understand from my last sentence, you may use 5.47e
