This will require all members to have at least 10 character long passwords, moderators to have at least 20 character long passwords, megamoderators to have at least 30 character long passwords, and administrators to have at least 30 character long passwords. These seem a bit high, IMO, so just alter the numbers in the code above to shorten it.
