They should be already there. Why are you trying to add them again? Or are you just trying to remove/change them? OK...
They will be in Postings.cgi. I'm not sure of the exact code, but do a search for
input type="submit". You should be able to find them. They will probably be in several places (ie. New Post section, Reply section, Edit section, etc...)
