Looks good! I like the layout and colors. The yellow in the forum header text and lightbulbs seems kinda out of place, IMHO, but everything else looks good. Oh, and personally I don't really like the hard-coded table width, because it doesn't look all that great on high rez's... but if that's what you like, it's your board.
Which forum titles are you talking about? The ones on the Forum Summary (main) page? And do you mean having images as the titles, or images in the backgrounds for cells? I can tell you how to do any of them pretty easily, just be a little more specific.
