Cons/Suggestions:
1. Make the top logo/links bar stretch across the page to match the UBB table width.
2. You could definitely stand for some better icons on those top four info cells. They don't match the topic of your site at all.
3. The logo seems rather blah... sorry, but it looks like it was tossed together in Paint or something.
4. Get rid of the advert banners!!!!! ADVERTS ARE EVIL!!! (If you're forced to have them, that's one thing... but *voluntarily*?!)
