that's a good question, Kubic. when Mr. S edited it, he must've forgot to edit every frame of the animation, then saved it back as a static GIF, not an animated GIF.
you could edit it in Image Ready, if you just take the black one, then copy and paste the white over it in every frame. then make sure you "save optimized as...".
i'd do it for you, but it's always best to learn by doing
