Over on the UD forums where I moderate, the average per day is around 80-90, and over the past week it has hit 200 active threads per day (although the Active Topics often resets itself before then). However, I think you could say that we exceed the UBB recommendations just a little , so 60 indicates that you've got a popular forum.
