I like your choice in colors, very soft on the eyes. Nice touch on "Special Agents" in place of "moderators". Hahaa...The Flash buttons are cool! Nice graphics overall. The only suggestion (for now ) is I would place your calendar in public_forum_summary.pl near the "Recent Visitors" rather than the bottom since calendar events are important. Other than that very nicely done.
