DCF - no the errors havent been fixed from what I can tell using the usr/bin/perl upgrade zip (btw I answered you on the IP forums too )
and I think ultimatebb.cgi is in there because in the Members section it states that this upgrade zip is for versions 6.03 - 6.04f and I'm pretty sure ultimatebb.cgi from memory changed during the 6.04x progression through to 6.04f.
