As discussed in the past, Admins/Mods don't always like using the rating systems, due to the unpredictable and sometimes vindictive nature of l-users. Especially those who don't always agree with your board policies, or have been troublesome.
If you are feeling a bit underappreciated, just go to your Private Administrator and Moderators Forum and ask for a group hug
