I am waiting too mostly because I'm in the process of building a new home on top of still working an ungodly amount of hours each day. I just don't have time to keep stepping up versions with each new beta release AND keep all my hacks in place. Just as long as there are no security exploits found in 6.05 I'll probably wait for the 6.2 (final, gold, or what ever Charles calls it;)) at this point.
