I heard an interesting thing last night... Watching Dick Clark's New Years Rockin Eve (and come on, is that guy *still* alive?!?!?), he said "The world turns to Times Square for their New Years celebration" or something along those lines. It just struck me as odd, especially after reading some of the replies above, it seems that most of the world was already in 2002! They don't give a rat's red behind about Times Square! Oh, aren't the US' delusions of grandeur great?
Oh yeah, and since it's officially the new year here now, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Anyone got any good resolutions they want to share?
