We have had nothing but great luck with the Linksys routers we've bought. Once they are setup correctly on the pc end, everything is smooth as silk. I think if the setup as far as DNS/DHCP/etc isn't done correctly, you'll probably have trouble with any brand you choose.... having said that, I have new roomates at home now and finally have to set down and configure the Linksys correctly so I can add their computer to the dsl connections.
