I remember both of those. I always remember Charles' policy reminder on the Main Page . Not sure why, maybe guilt? maybe it's just because it seemed to stay there for a _very_ long time.
BTW, I did have a different username back then, I might have to find one of my UBB5 hacks to confirm what it was.
