Well, I got tired of looking at these 39 billion threat level scripts online that take forever to load and have insanely stupid graphics; so I made my own...
I re-used graphics from one of the funnier ones that I've seen but streamlined code down to 12 lines (which include the open and close tags for php)...
I give you, Threat Level meets Sessame Street!
