Before considering burst.net, I'd advise checking out these message threads - apparently a lot of people have had problems with them.

I remember reading
a lot of negative stuff about them over at the infopop webhost board a while back, but all of those old posts seem to be gone. It's possible that they've improved their services, but it always worries me when company representatives talk to people the way that I've seen in many Burst employee postings.
