You have to host a banner and stats counter on your site for 14 days first to see if they will accept you. What's the betting that after they get free advertising for 14 days - they decide not to accept you, unless you have an incredible CTR rate - probably only possible with a site offering semi-illegal material.
The fact that they encourage adult & crack ware sites should be a warning in itself. You don't see a list of reference sites, so I expect there is no such thing as a free lunch - but I would like to hear from someon who has tried it.
