They don't normally come with CGI activated. I found this post here, and notified Simon (sales & tech support), that your account would probably require CGI, so it got activated for you.
Normally, we'll activate it with nothing more than an email to
[email protected]. Of course, this only applies to our bottom two packages. All others have it as default.
I just wanted to clarify this for you, and for the benefit of any potential future customers of
xeosdd.
