Ich persönlich bin nicht bei Puretec, aber was ich so in anderen Foren gehört habe gibt es dort keine Probleme, Puretec kann zwar ein bisschen zickig sein (so z.B. bei Chat-Scripts), aber bei den von dir angeführten Prozessen darf sowas nicht passieren. Ansonsten kannst du ja auch mal nett beim Support anfragen
