How can I tell what Perl mods are installed without actually having Telnet access to the server... I know in PHP there is a way to get all the server info that way.... Any ideas?

Do the -v and -V options provide the info you're looking for?

Code

Actually, if you mean "modules", rather than "modifications", I guess this doesn't help.

I have one server with Telnet access and one without, and I'd like a way of finding out which modules are installed too. (I don't even know how to do it with Telnet access.)
