Is there a way to bar unregister visitors to access certain pages of the site? In order for them to access the restricted sites they would have to register thru my UBB.
The reason is I want to use UBB to run my entire site.

if the pages are static html => .htaccess
if the pages are generated onthefly => you can control them by cookies
