i want to know please what language is cheaper and easier, and what system those language use... like a Data Base an TXT or something...
please i like a comparition with ASP PHP and CGI...
like prices, security, what system those use to make an UBB
i am making a schoolwork .... an paper.... like and monografy and these things!
please someone help me!!!
