Sure, change that part in the template. Your example isn't showing up. (Least not in IE 6.0)

I'm not sure if it's in the template or not. Considering it's part of the UBB Code portion of the program, it is most likely in the CGI scripts somewhere. At least I've never ran across it in a template. This is probably a question better suited for the Mod Questions forum.
