I saw some site use the hoover for the table as a link..can someone help me to install that?

I wish I could help but for some reason this damn Ubb wont let me post the code for it.

"Sorry, we cannot permit this HTML tag: MOUSEOVER"

Even in the ubb code tags.

Put this in your header changed the hex colors to suit your needs:

Now in the desired tables, Inside the TD cell tags add this line of code:
Note: I had to replace "onmouseover" with "onmouseovr" because this ubb is gay on meso when you paste the code in make sure onmouseovr is spelt onmouseover
