Add this into the cell:
onmouse*over="this.style.background='#XXXXXX'" onmouse*out="this.style.background='#YYYYYY'"
where XXXXXX is the new rollover color, and YYYYYY is the original color.
Remove the asterisks, too. Had to put those in there to make it UBB-legal.
That is for the rollovers. The rest of the nav bar stuff can be found in Allen's tutorials (look in the database).

Um... not sure what you mean. Are you talking about direct links to specific forums, on your left nav bar? Yeah, you'll have to add those in manually. Right-click on the link and click Copy Shortcut, it makes it really easy.
If that's not it, I'm not sure what you're referring to, sorry.

Version 1.5 has been released.
Because I can now distribute the entire set of template files, I'm going to close this thread since most of you won't have the problem of not having enough time to do the full hack anymore.
