I need a pop up window that will automaticly pop up 450x300 when someone gets to my intro screen. I know this is done with Java script but have no idea how to do it, my intro screens are html. When someone clicks to go to this intro screen I need the pop up window to come up also, kind of like the advertising pop ups.
Has someone got one or can someone help me with this. I am not very proficiant with this stuff so please dont get over my head
Thank You

Add this between your tags.

Add this to the link you want to "pop-up"
-----

Name_of_link

Change your width and height settings (marked as '300','300' in the code) to the size you want. The 'yes' part of the code tells the window if the user viewing it can scroll the content found within the window. Putting a 'no' means they can't.

Can I get a example where the page that is the intro page is called test1.html And the page that automaticly pops up is popup.html

How would that be configured I dont want them to have to click on anything for it to popup I just want it to pop up say 2 seconds after test1 is opened.

Instead of doing it on a link, you can add this to your BODY tag:

ONLOAD="NewWindow('http://address.html','name','300','300','yes');return false" ... >

That should work.

This is most likely a question for the javascript/ css forum. Really doesn't have much to do with site design integration.

Here is a good site that should have something you're looking for. If this doesn't help, lemme know and I'll move this over to the Javascript forum so some people who are more knowledgeable in this subject can help you.
