excuse me...but I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM!!!!...ive tried installing this hack 5 times already, and ive been getting this...my board is v6.04f... PLEASE HELP ME..thanks

Go in ubb_forum.cgi and paste the block code from line 360-370 and post it here.

umm..can u please explain a little more...? wut block of code? and i use wordpad to edit my stuff..so i dont see the number line im on...can u recommend a program with that feature too? thanks

Those lines aren't the problem. They are the exact lines I have in my ubb_forum.cgi. Hmm, I will go look and see what I can come up.
List all the hacks you have installed please.
