How do I get rid of the "powered by infopoop in the title of the page? You know when you make a bookmark and it has the name of your forum "-" then powered by infopoop, well how do I get rid of that? In the header tag could I just add my own title?
Another question is how do I remove where it says "New Topics: All registered users may post new topics in this forum.
Replies: All registered users may post replies in this forum."
I just want to completely take that out, because it takes too much space. if anybody can help me with these problems, that would be great. Thanks.

The only way to do the first one would be a copyright violation, unless there's some kind of javascript someone's written that'll do it, I haven't seen it though. The second one, open forumdisplay.cgi, and remove: [ April 19, 2001 04:14 PM: Message edited by: -radiokilla- ]

Well you go to Washington State, then to the Infopop headquarters and then you flush all their toilets....

My bad, I thought I had seen it removed on other sites, I guess it just shows up on the main forum title and not the sub forum titles. No problem then. BTW, not that I actually read the licnese agreement, but if it doesn't state in there that you can't, well then you can.

I don't think that the copyright involves the title. They got their copyrights at the bottom already on every single page. So why can't someone go to Ultimate.cgi and remove the title? Title belongs to site owner, not to UBB.
As a matter of fact, it was removed on this site.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. You're allowed to take it out of the Title on v6, but I would wait for a mod to tlel you if it's allowed on v5 too, cause as far as I know, it's not. And if you noticed, this is v6, not v5. But I never knew if he canges in policy were for any and all versions or just v6, so I would wait for a mod to tell ya.
