im sure this has been, or will be, asked quite frequently, so, im hoping to conserve the space into this one thread.

on oct 19th, when the "official" 6.1 ubb code is released, which mods will be ready to "go gold" (be made final -- or final enough)?

maybe we could just provide a list, with links to the appropriate thread?

We'll be opening a finished modification forum next week and moving/starting new threads in there. Links now wouldn't work then.

There are a few that should be at finished status when 6.1.0 is released - the xhtml templates, file compression, last post by in forum, blue arrow, avatars, etc... we really won't know for sure pending any last second base code modifications.

tack: those hacks should work fine... its possible you didnt code them right? it should open up a blank window...

i just didnt wanna get stuck in the "hooray, lets upgrade! ... waitaminute... this's justa basic ubb! aaah!" quagmire i found myself in, when 6.0 came out (cuz there wudn't any hacks out for a few days or so).

i've seen the 6.1 who's online and a few other "big names" being developed... but im very glad to know that they're that far along.

my boards're messy right now, and, id like to rework'em, but wanna wait til everything is "final" (or as final-as-can-be).
