(ps = photoshop)

Well I just did a big upgrade on my old pc. I now have a 3d agp card and with an un rasterized graphic in photoshop It shows spotty pixels insted of smooth color fills.

I use to have a pc with crap intergreted graphics, I thought with the new hi-fi graphics they would be even better!

Now I see small but spaced out dots in color fills. Is their a setting in photoshop to adjust this? Is there some plug in I need to adjust the way my un-rasterized graphics appear?

I'm lost, and its also 100x as difficult to make any graphic when I see pixelated colors.

What operating system?

what are your resolution settings? Right click on your Desktop and select Properties. Select the Settings tab. What are your settings set at?

Also, this is bordering on Chit Chat, it may be moved there. It's ok though, you'll get some help from others that know computers.

Curious...What DPI and percentage are you viewing your graphic files in PS?

sounds like justa color setting ordeal, like stilgar was getting to.

often times, when you upgrade yer pc in a major fashion (especially with a new graphics card or monitor), the display settings can default back to 800x600 resolution or 256 colors.

bump the resolution up to whatever you're comfortable with, and crank the colors up to atleast 16 mil (but go as high as possible!)
