UBB.Developers Forums General Discussion Suggestions and Feedback ability to search all forums

I am begging for this. Many times, people looking for information aren't sure which forum to hunt in. Searching each forum individually is a total pain, and it might explain why so many posts appear from clueless people looking for stuff.

(Of course, lazy users also explains it too :D)

I second that (at least on a trial basis). I know it has an extra server load tradeoff but maybe you guys could give it a trial run to see if it is going to be within reasonable limits.

It would make it easier to find things.

thanks for the suggestion, but there's 25 or so forums (soon to expand by a couple more), it would be much faster for you as a user to choose a couple of "probable" choices and search each individually.

It's something we might can do once borg has improved the who's online to take some load off the server, traffic is up quite a bit in the last few weeks and 10 people doing whole forums searches at a time wouldn't be fun...
