This is a User Defined AVATAR Hack, not custom title hack.

ok this is cool and all but a few things I wish to ask. 1st I have qbasic's avatar hack installed will this interfere with it? If so how?

2nd can I turn it on and off. lets say the users are abusing it, I wish to have the option to turn it and off and go back to normal avatars.

I'd like to be able to use this hack too, but I've also got qasic's avatar hack on my board.

Unfortunately this WILL interfere with qasic's Avatar hack. I will work on a way to modify it.

I decided to not use Qasic's hack because it did not allow the user to define their own avatar, so I decided to take it upon myself to create my own.

I will download qasic's hack and see what i can do.

very cool. Also be sure to add an option to turn the custom avatars on and off.

for example if my guests are abusing it with like huge pictures or something i can turn it off and each guest with a custuom avatar will get a blank gif as to not have a broken link picture when its off. something like that. just an idea

I want a max width and height that my users can use. How would I do that?

I dont know about a max width/height but you could always make it use a fixed width/height using this:



Replace the value xx with a pixel value.
This would resize all images to a preset width/height.

If you have it work with qbasic's avatar hack, try adding a User Define On/Off Switch. I want my users to define their own avatars, but I want the power to turn this off if they start abusing it (like nasty pics).

Also, allow users to use their current custom avatar if they have one. Example, the user has a custom avatar in the custom avatar directory.

Is it also possible to use the aready existing picture field for this instead of one of the custum fields? If it's possible do I only need to change the [16] after the userprofile to the one for the picture field? (Which value has that on?)

I have a "bug". I put on the mood hack not long ago, and now I just put this hack on. Unfortonatly, the DAMN THING made the mood show up twice, instead of letting people have a custom avatar. Can you tell me how to fix this?

With Michaels add-on for qasic's hack there is no need for this one to be used anymore.
