Hello, If I don't have the file "ubb_new_topic.cgi" in my UBB 6.2.0 anywhere, does that mean I don't have my UBB installed correctly?

Yes. Make sure you uploaded it from the zip.

OK, I was looking in the wrong place, I've found ubb_new_topic.cgi. To make E-mail Notification Alway on there's is a hack. most of my readers so far forget as even I do to turn it on during post.
Do either of you know that hack?
