OK, I have set up 6.2.1.1 from scratch as a seperate board so that I could get all the hacks in place with as little downtime to the users as possible.
Now I need to bring the 6.05 posts and meembers over to the new version.
Should I
A) Move all the 6.2.1.1 file into the original directory and overwrite everything
B) Copy files from 6.05 to the 6.2.1.1 directory, and if so, which ones.

WASSUP! Umm...You will need to use the upgrade 6.2.1.1 and install it over 6.05. Here is something that I do however. If you have a testing board then set all your hacks in place that you want then when you upgrade your new version (6.2.1.1) over the older version (6.05) and everything is working fine, get all the modified files from the testing board, including all additional files from the mods, and upload them into your new version. I'm a bit tired atm (6:00am HST) so I apologize if this isn't quite clear...Although makes perfect sense with me. THANKS! PrimeTime

No, you don't need to overwrite your 605.
Grab the UBB admin / install guide from infopop.com - in it is a set of moving instructions. You'll want to read through it. You can act as if the old board is the old location and the new board is the new location...
UBB.classic: Love it or hate it, it was mine.
